If there's one place they don't expect to be spied on it's locked in a cubicle while they have a piss. Our intrepid voyeur has locked himself in a cubicle with peepholes drilled into the walls on each side. For some reason they never sit on the seat - they always "hover" above it. And, best of all, they never notice the peephole through which we are watching them - their most private parts only inches from our eyes.
